A few announcements about SewingWeb.com. We've added a new project to
the How To section of the site today. Stop by and see if this is a
project you'd like to try; we have taken inexpensive dish towels and
created hand towels for the bathroom. As with most of our projects,
this is a concept project; in that, you can use the ideas to create
almost any item using fabric and design. You are not limited to dish
towels. Enjoy and please let us know if you try these.
Our message boards are working smoothly. We'd like to invite you to
stop by and see if there are topics you'd like to have added.
Instructions for registration for the boards are on the front page of
the site, and we'll be leaving them up for some time.
As we are about to change months, it is also time to change the theme of
our Did You Know area. For July, we'll be focusing on the sewing room -
ergonomics, furniture placement, cutting safety, and other fun tidbits
that will help you as you sew away some of your time.
July 1 is Canada Day and we wish all of our neighbors to the north a fun
and safe holiday.
July 4 is Independence Day in the U.S., and we also wish you a wonderful
and safe holiday.
